This Privacy Policy only applies to information collected by our website. We collect and store information that you have explicitly provide to us through forms on our website when you register for a tour. We do not record or store any payment information. We provide the business hosting the tour with access to your personal information. We also provide the business access to your payment information through our secure payment processor, Stripe, and automatically charge the amount that you agreed to during the purchase process. We are not liable for any other actions that the business may take with your pesronal or payment information.


Your computer automatically provides your Internet Protocol (IP) address (this is not your email address and cannot be used directly to contact you), information about the request, and certain information about the capabilities of your computer.

We may use this automatically provided information for analytical purposes, to help diagnose errors, and to identify abuse of our systems.


When booking a tour, you will receive a confirmation of the tour request. You may receive a reasonable number of follow-up e-mails related to your tour, for instance a cancellation notice or post-tour survey. If you opt-in to receive updates from the business, you agree to receive marketing messages from that business. Whether or not you opt-in, the business is provided with your e-mail address. We are not responsible for any communication sent from the business to you.

If you register as a business, we may contact you by email from time to time to notify you of updates to the services or other related matters which may be of interest to you. If we do, we will provide a clear method to opt-out of future messages which are not account or payment related.


Our website software uses cookies to maintain your session information. It may be necessary to accept cookies from our website in order to access our services. This allows you to choose to remain logged in so you can access your information quickly when you come to the site.
